In an effort to assistant individuals, families and employers unravel the complex health insurance and benefits selection/decision process, Employee Benefit Solutions, Inc. (EBS) was established as an insurance agency in Oklahoma. Determined to listen to the client and offer the best products and solutions available, EBS has consistently provided the highest level of professional insurance service. Employee Benefit Solutions’ dedicated personnel with over 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry have helped achieve these goals. Now, EBS proudly assists not only customers in Oklahoma but, also surrounding states of Arkansas, Missouri and Texas.
Sydney Briley, existing President of EBS has first hand experience in all facets of the individual and group health insurance industry. She began her insurance career working for over 16 years as a group health claims examiner and in various other departments for a prominent national insurance corporation. Prior to her association with EBS, she served for a number of years as the individual and group health insurance marketing-sales and customer service administrator at a local insurance brokerage firm.
Ms. Briley’s uncompromised commitment, professionalism and excellent customer service has proven to be a winning asset in the success of EBS. She is a member of the National Health Underwriters Association and the Tulsa Health Underwriters Association. Eagerly representing and sharing her client’s views and concerns, Sydney is keenly interested and vigorously involved in any legislative issues affecting the health insurance industry. After all, she is a business owner and insurance consumer, too. These objectives are accomplished in her role as a legislature committee member for the Tulsa Health Underwriters Association, where she also serves as an alternate director. Recognizing the importance of small businesses within the community, Sydney maintains membership for EBS in the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Briley readily participates in other civic projects, as well as voluntarily joins in her daughter’s school and social endeavors and functions. Sydney is passionate about what she does! As leader of EBS, she values an honest long term working relationship on mutual trust and integrity. She insists that all EBS representatives and staff members practice “The Golden Rule”. “Treat others as you want to be treated!” Ms. Briley sets high standards for herself and all EBS employees as they continue to seek the greatest opportunities in the best interest of their clients.
